Skin detox, have you ever thought of it?

With all that, it is clear that your diet really plays a big impact on how your skin ages. So, if you want to have younger and healthier skin, you have to start practicing a healthier diet.

Another way to have glowing skin and fight the occurrence of wrinkles is through detoxification. Detoxifying your body will promote digestion and circulation which means faster removal of toxins to promote healthy skin. Below is a detox tea recipe which is incredibly hydrating and is great to achieve a wrinkle-free skin:

Ingredients:

  • 1 inch of ginger, peeled and sliced
  • Water (Alakaline water if possible)
  • Juice of half a lemon

Directions:

Brew the ingredients. Let it cool. Add ice if you want and serve. Enjoy!
