I want to talk about exercise and the benefits it has.  I know you know exercise is good for you, but do you know how good? Participating in at least 30 minutes a day can do wonders for your health. From boosting your mood to improving your sex life are just two benefits of exercise.

Alright, let’s look why exercise is good for you!

Our Bodies are built to work and move.  Unfortunately, the technology we keep creating makes our lives simpler, which makes us lazier.  If you went back in time say 100 years, you would find a lot of people doing more manual labour, which is actually exercise. So, if you do not have a job where you get regular exercise, then this newsletter is extremely important for you.

    When we exercise, we also sweat and sweating is one of our natural ways to eliminate toxins in the body and is extremely beneficial.     One of the best ways to change your mood is by exercising. A nice brisk 30-minute walk can help or a workout at the gym.  When we exercise, this stimulates various brain chemicals that can leave you feeling happier and more relaxed.
  5. Exercise Helps You Sleep Better
    Struggling to fall asleep or to stay asleep? Studies have shown, regular exercising can help you fall asleep faster and deepen your sleep. It’s better to workout in the morning or afternoon then closer to bedtime as you may be too energized to fall asleep.
  6. Exercise for Weightloss
    Exercising regularly will give you the benefit of losing weight.  When we exercise we help crank up our metabolism which burn calories and we reap the weightloss rewards.


Those are some of the benefits to exercising!  So, I hope you do decide to incorporate it into you daily routine.  Remember, working out doesn’t have to be just going the gym, it can be going for a nice walk, playing soccer with some friends, or running around with your kids/grand-kids.
